how to hard reset or unlock my premio x1

hi, i forgot my password on my phone and i need the hard reset method of premio x1.

SOFT RESET INSTRUCTIONS

1. first tap the menu icon on the home screen of your phone
2. scroll to the settings and tap the settings icon to enter the settings.
3. scroll down to "backup and reset"
4. tap rest
5. except to reset and continue
6. the phone will reboot and the phone will reset to factory settings.

Hard Reset Instruction

1. first of all you need to switch off your phone. to switch off your phone you must press and hold the power button until the power menu pop up. ta the "power off" and wait for the phone to shutdown.
2. now that the phone is off you need to press the power button+volume down button, this combination of keys will make your phone boot to recover mode of the phone.
3. if step two does not take you to recover mode try power button+volume  up button.
4. now that you are in the recovery mode, use the volume buttons to scroll and the power button to select. scroll down to "wipe data/factory reset". tap the power button to select the option.
5. on the next screen scroll down to the only "yes" option that is available and tap the power key to select. the phone will format and return to the recover menu.
